This is a debate on weed that brings up a few interesting points. The first is just pointing out the obvious. Legalizing weed in cali is just a back door to decrim. I agree, but I don’t think it is negative. I smoke, occasionally, but what is worse is cigarettes. Heavily taxing cigarettes, and also taxing weed to a different extent is the only way to control this substance. More so in the name of de-arming the organized crime (mexican cartels) and dealing a fatal blow to their source of income.
